LED pump-top price signs

We decided to produce finished pump-top price signs ourselves when we found and patented a method to vitrify the boards.
The patent consists of encasing the electronic board between the plexiglass and the resin.
We therefore designed a sign in three different heights, made to house modules with a standard mounting.
The modules are 45cm wide and 25cm high.

The three signs are all 45cm wide (like the modules they have to house) and their heights are:

  • 2-module sign/rack H 50cm

  • 3-module sign/rack H 75cm

  • 4-module sign/rack H 100cm

  • 5-module sign/rack H 125cm

Diagram of a rack structure with three configurations: 3 modules, 4 modules, and 5 modules, each measuring 45 cm wide, with five evenly spaced 25 cm sections.

We have therefore created three modules:

  • SELF SERVITO colour board

  • price board (in two versions, single and double price)

  • backlit plexiglass.

Combining these three modules makes it possible

to build any type of pump-top price sign.

As simple as building with LEGO.

Stacked plastic building blocks in red, yellow, and green colors.

SSC MODULE
(COLOUR SELF SERVITO)

The colour module is used to show the dispensing mode of the pumps. However, it is only needed if the pumps change operating mode during the day or at the weekend.
If the mode never changes, it is cheaper and more sensible to use the backlit Plexiglass module instead of the SSC module.

PR MODULE
(Backlit Plexiglass)

Three electric signs with digital displays and large text. The first sign reads 'SELF' in orange, the second reads 'SERV' in purple, and the third displays the Endelbyte logo and name.

The backlit module can be used to show:

  • the dispensing mode

  • the logo

  • the fuel dispensed

    PRICE MODULE
    (single or double)

The price module is the heart of the pump-top price sign.
    Its tasks are:

  • to show the prices

  • to control the other modules

  • to accept commands from the management system

  • to receive commands from the remote control.
