Terms of Supply and Warranty

Delivery and Warranty: Both are understood as Ex Works our warehouse (EXW - Brescia).

Transport: All shipping risks and costs — including returns and redeliveries for warranty work — are borne entirely by the buyer.

Product Integrity: Returns or servicing are accepted only for boards that are mechanically and electrically intact.

Exclusions: The warranty is void in the event of transport damage, incorrect power supply, short circuits, mechanical damage to the board or atmospheric discharges (lightning).
