Standard LED price displays

EndelByte produces price displays in various heights:

As the next photo clearly shows, EndelByte has abandoned the 7-segment technique and adopted a semigraphic font.

SELF/SERVITO

The H12 and H15 boards can also display SELF or SERV.
If the pumps change their dispensing mode during the day or at the weekend, the kit must have as many boards as the number of prices displayed, plus one to show the mode.
For example, in the image below a three-price kit is needed to display the mode and two prices.

PROTECTION

These price displays are protected by encapsulating every component in polyurethane resin. The gloss you see on the price display in the image below is not a Photoshop effect, but the mirror-like surface of the resin.

We have also paid great attention to the connector side, choosing IP67 automotive cables.

RELIABILITY

To increase reliability, EndelByte uses the burn-in technique.
Freshly assembled boards are subjected to significant thermal cycling, which stresses the solder joints and breaks the weakest ones.
